Request a Transfer to Casual Status

All requests are subject to approval by your Manager and Human Resources. Please note that should you be approved, you will be required to submit a copy of your new contract, signed, prior to your transfer date. This will be sent to you by Human Resources. In addition, you are responsible for ensuring your personal information is up to date. 

The completed form will be submitted to Human Resources and your Manager. You will receive a response within 1-2 weeks from the requested effective date.

Important Note: Employees who have not completed their probation hours are not eligible for a transfer to casual status.
