Centralized Education Fund Request

Please use this form to request funding for Education and Training (exam fees/travel expenses are not covered) through the Centralized Education Fund only once you have spoken to and received support from your direct supervisor.

Before proceeding, please review the Centralized Education Fund Policy, Flow Chart and FAQ documents.

If your education is part of a multi-course program, you must submit an application for each individual course separately. Only 1 application per quarter will be considered unless your education is considered mandatory for your role.

In order to be eligible for funding, you must have proof of enrollment/registration.
