Payout Request

To request a pay out of your regular vacation balance, supplementary vacation balance, bonus vacation balance, banked lieu time or banked statutory holiday time, please complete this form. Pay out requests are reviewed on a case by case basis and are subject to approval. If approved, you will be provided with an agreement for signature outlining the payout arrangement. Payout requests must be submitted one week prior to the payend date. Requests outside of this standard timeline will be processed for the following pay.
